Chef Opart Udomsatapol and his staff welcome ( sawadde ) you to Pan Asian Bistro in the Norht of Austin area. If you cannot find your favorite dish on our menu, ask. Custom orders and substitutions are welcome (please understand that some substitutions may incur additional charges). No matter how spicy, how vegan, or how different you may like it, let us prepare your order to satisfy even the pickiest taste buds. Chef Opart   Chef Opart Udomsatapol has been creating Asian culinary delights for the last seven years, specialing in Thai and Asian Fusion recipes. He helped start Lemongrass in Lakeway and performed most of the cooking during its peak. He then became Manager and Head Chef after the founder decided to refocuse his attention and efforts on opening a new restaurant on 6th Street. When the entire venture began to collapse, Opart was instrumental in coordinating the transition of Lemongrass to Thai Spice and returning high quality Thai and Asian Fusion cuisine to the Lakeway area. Then, he open his own place at Howard Lane and I35 called "Ka-Prow". Ka-Prow means "Basil" in Thai. A Master at the Thai art of sauces and spices, Opart is ready and willing to create your favorite Asian dish.
